We believe in the Trinity as God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. They are three persons in one. The doctrine of the Trinity means that there is one God who eternally exists as three distinct Persons — the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Stated differently, God is one in essence and three in person. These definitions express three crucial truths: (1) the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are distinct Persons, (2) each Person is fully God, (3) there is only one God. (2 Corinthians 13:13)
We believe that the Bible, in its entirety, is a divine gift from God, inspired by Him, and for the use of teaching and training in the righteousness of Jesus Christ that we may accomplish the good and perfect will of God. (2 Timothy 3:16)
We believe in the incarnation of God through His son, Jesus Christ. He came to earth as fully God and fully man. The Word became flesh. It was the Son of God who became incarnate. The Son, who is in eternal relation to the Father and Spirit, willingly humbled himself and chose to assume a human nature in obedience to his Father and for our salvation. (John 1:14)
We believe in salvation by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, not by works. Jesus died on the cross, rose from the dead, defeated death and sin that we may be reconciled to God. It’s Christ alone who endured the wrath of God, who paid the penalty of our sin. And by faith and grace we can obtain salvation in Christ alone. (Romans 10:9-10)
We believe as children of God and heirs to His kingdom, we are to GO, TELL, DISCIPLE, BAPTIZE, and TEACH the world of the good news of Jesus Christ through our words and actions, until our death or His return. Only bringing honor and glory to Him. (Matthew 28:19-20)
We believe that the Bible calls us to live in unity as one body and one spirit through one hope. Christian unity is the result of God bringing people of differing ethnicities, backgrounds, and social classes into one body by faith in Christ. The church reflects the divine unity of the Trinity to the effect that a watching world is compelled to believe the truth of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
(Ephesians 4:3-4)
